Everything but boring: We have created a new regional cooking – with innovation and high-quality ingredients. Executive Chef Martin Heiland and his fabulous team create dishes with that certain ‘je ne sais quoi’. You can taste the combination of regionality and quality in delicious appetizers, exquisite main dishes, and ‘dessert to die for’.
