Everything but boring: We have created a new regional cooking – with innovation and high-quality ingredients. Executive Chef Martin Heiland and his fabulous team create dishes with that certain ‘je ne sais quoi’. You can taste the combination of regionality and quality in delicious appetizers, exquisite main dishes, and ‘dessert to die for’. Because the Bavarian kitchen has more to offer than roasted pork, you will also find a nice selection of Alpine classics on our menu. A real pleasure is the ambiance of high quality. Here, it is easy to forget about time and spend a couple of hours with Gusto and first class service.
